WW Weekly Weigh-in

Down 1.4 this week for about 14, I'm eyeing that 15 lb clippie next week!
 
For those of you having trouble drinking your water here's what I do:

1. Keep a measuring cup by the sink. I down two cups (16 oz. total) before I walk out the door for work.
2. I top off all my water glasses with Crystal Light...just a bit, about 2 oz. it flavors the water, but I'm still drinking it.
3. I don't let myself have a soda or flavored drink until I have had 8-10 glasses of water a day. That usually means with my dinner I can have something.

Went back to WW yesterday. One day CHEAT FREE so far! :cool1: Looking to lose 30 lbs., but I'm in a wedding in three weeks in a strapless dress that has already been fitted (I've already lost 20, and the dress was too big!!! :banana: )
 
Nothing again this week. I am at a stand still. I went down to 21 points in hopes of losing the last pound to get to the next level. I really want to lose about 7 more pounds before our August cruise.
 
Just back from WI. Down 1 lb. Not as much as I was hoping for, but I'll take it. Every ounce down is in the right direction!
 

I'm down .6 lbs this week. I was hoping for a little more but I'll take what I can get. ;)
 
I'm down another 2.2 lbs. :flower:

Just wanted to check in and say Hi! :wave2: Congratulations to all who lost this week and those who didn't just hang in there and keep doing your best - the weight will come off. ::yes:: As for me - I haven't been back to WW since my first meeting. The next meeting time I was on vacation and this week I was embarrassed to go because I KNOW I was bad on vacation :blush: and I kept thinking I'd be the first person ever to join and then GAIN weight the first week. :blush: However I have to face the music so I'll be there at this week's meeting and hope for the best. I'll let you know how it goes. I'll be drinking LOTS of water this week maybe I can drown some of these extra pounds! :teeth: Have a great week everyone. :cheer2:
 
Congratulations all you LOSERS, and all of you trying as well. DENINE -- here's a thought. several people at the meeting i attend were at stand stills in their loss, so they switched to core for a few weeks and started losing again. maybe you could try to switch things up for a bit and see if it helps. good luck!!

had my WI yesterday and i was down 1.4 brings my total to 24.2!!

*peeks in* Can I come back? I went off plan for a while, gained back a few pounds :sad2: and know that I need to go back on plan and get real about this. Sigh. Oh, well. I am back and will be reporting in again.
 
I have just started back on WW on my own. Can I join in on the thread for WI's? I ask this because I will be doing my own WI here at home. I have all of my material and I'm going to try to get back OP using what I already have instead of having to spend more money. I believe that with the support of WISH board, I can do this without having to go to the meetings. I did my first WI last week, I'll post this week after I WI in.

Sending loads of PD to everyone. Keep up the great work.

Tammy, I've never attended a meeting. I do WW online, and weigh in at home also. Not a problem. Any questions? Ask away!



I'm up .5 this week. Still 7 lbs below original goal, so minor fluctuations don't bother me on maintenance. Need to change my siggie though, to keep myself honest. ;)

Have been there and done that more times than I care to count. Good for you for going back even though you’ve missed a couple of weeks…at least you didn’t wait months or years, like I did. :) I look forward to hearing your report! :goodvibes

This a.m. I am down 3.2! Yeah!!!!! :banana:
only about 1.5 to go for a new clippie! Definitely worth working extra hard this week! haha!
I was pretty pleased with my drop this week! I think it had something to do with using whatever means necesary to get in all of my water!

It feels soooo good to be back on track!

Today is a very big day for me! I get my 75 lb clippie :cool1: :goodvibes

I was down 2.2 lbs. I submitted my drs note for a goal weight of 160 lbs. I am now 5.8 lbs from goal!!!!! I can't believe it. I am actually kind of scared about being so close to goal. Weird :confused3

Keep up the great work everyone!!!!!!

As for being a little afraid, I think that's natural, I was too. {{HUGS}} Like it's 'ending' or something, but it's not. Maintenance is for life! Something we have to do everyday, but with a few more points. ;)

Today's WI went well, losing 1.8 pounds. That brings me to 54.8 pounds, just .2 short of my 55 pound clippie :guilty: Now I just have to be good and not gain too much on my cruise :goodvibes
 
Great job everyone! Down 1 pound today for a total of 15...gotta go change my clippie :)
