Thanks for the encouragement, Otto's Doll!
Actually, I'm back to say that I was down 1.8 lbs. My husband pointed out that I was not even close to being centered on the scale and then demonstrated how far off it throws everything. He had a 3.6 lb. difference from the right way and the way I was standing. Sure enough, when I read the manual, they showed a diagram that explained all about the importance of standing in a certain place on the scale. I have now marked it for future reference so I don't have any more down days.
And yes, I now know not to eat pizza the day before WI. You would have thought I could have figured that one out on my own. Oh well!
I'm just happy I posted a loss!
And I forgot to say that I got my first clippie! Yippee for my 5 lb. clippie!

Slow, steady, consistent will help keep you OP, and keep the weight off, in the end, for the distance. jmho
But I am actually not worrying about it. I know my body has hit the hard part. Its going to be a lot of hard, consistent work from this point on.
Despite having a reception for our new minister yesterday in which I indulged in a piece of cake.
I did, however, account for it and used some of my flex points.
In the end, those BIG weeks balance out the normal, or hard to get, losses.
WAY too skimpy, but guess what, it looks ok (on this old lady body)!
Not bad, if I do say so myself.
Guess I won't be claiming my 45 pound clippie till next week, but am really shooting for that 50 pound one next. Still want to lose 13.8 by the time our vacation, which is only in 7 weeks. Going to be VERY tough....
