WW Weekly Weigh-in

Well I lost 6.6... So Im heading back in the right direction..

Now only 2 more lbs even to get back to where I was BEFORE vacation..
 
Well I go tonight, but am not expecting much. I have been sick, so I haven't been OP to say the least. It's just so hard when you get so sick. Well, another week starts again tomorrow, so......
 
1st time on this board!! WOO HOO.. didn't know about the WISH board at all!

Lost 1.8 this week for a total of: 19.8 gone!!! I was over-ambitiously hoping to get 10% by my trip, but 12 lbs in 3 weigh-ins is NOT gonna happen. I will be THRILLED to reach 25!

Well I stayed the same tonight...no gain...no loss....and that I'm happy with considering I've been sick and not OP all week. Tomorrow is another day though.
 
Sundie - thanks for giving me that push with something I already knew - GET MORE SLEEP!

Melissa - 6.6lbs. is awesome! I'll be where you are, getting back on track when we get back from WDW in December.

QuiltTeddy - no gain, no loss was me this week too - concentrate on the NO GAIN part!

Maggie - 19.8 is fabulous!!! I'm headed to WDW in 3 weeks too (that is where you are going, right?)

Another 2 lbs. down for me! I was hoping for more, since TOM was the week before, but I will take what I get! :teeth: I ate out at 2 of my favorite places over the weekend, and made pretty good choices! I was proud of myself!! :sunny:
 
Down 23# with WW (lost 7# on my own before joining in July, so 30# total). WI tomorrow.

Haven't been doing well with points. Think I'll try the Core for awhile as I eat mostly that way anyway.

Glad to see this board. And BTW, anyone else feel like no matter how much you lose, you still look fat? I have sagging skin and MUCHO stretch marks....sometimes I feel like even if I lose the weight I will still look yukky, KWIM? I am working out everyday, weights and toning stuff. Will be adding in some aerobics 3X a week to that soon.

Welcome Cindy! Congrats on the 30 lb loss!! WEIGH to go!!! I too, have the excess skin leftover, stretch marks from 2 pregnancies (even though my 'babies' will be 17 & 7 next month) :rolleyes: , and I've been exercising since late January. I know the exercising hasn't hurt, but it doesn't help the skin issue either. :( Best WISHes for continued success!

Well I weighed in this morning, before taking DD & myself to the Dr's. for suspected flu (confirmed now), and I have lost another 3 lbs this week, mostly due to illness I'm sure, but I'm 1/2 lb lower than my pre-preggo weight with 17yo DS, and 1/2 lb away from my initial goal of 70 lbs!!! Kinda a mixed blessing day today, being sick and all. But to say I haven't weighed this in almost 18 years is a HUGE milestone! HooRay!!!

Here's to Healthy weight loss for everyone, from here on in! ::yes::

That is truly awesome! What an inspiration to the rest of us!

Now, I hope my weigh-in tonight goes better than last week with my big zero - no gain, no loss. :rolleyes:

I also hate the "blubby" skin. I have stretch marks on my hips and thighs as well as my "2 baby" tummy. My kids are 15 and 4. I've been working out consistently for almost 4 years now. I think that has made a huge difference on my arms and chest but the mid section is a mess. I can see my ab muscles under the blub, it almost looks freakish!!!! I read on another board that you really need to give your skin a full year after weightloss to firm up. Of course age, pregnancies, skin type all play a role in how well your skin bounces back, too. The other thing I have read several places is that drinking lots of water is crucial for skin elasticity. So drink up!!!!

But if the choice is fat or thin with extra skin I'll take the skin please :) At least we'll look great in clothes:o
 
Alas, I have a 6 baby tummy, and one of those babes was a 12#er!

I had also heard that doing deep breathing exercises were good for loose skin....something about the increased oxygen????? Worth a shot, and good for relaxation. :)

So encouraging to 'meet' other WWers. Weigh in this afternoon after a week of blowing it....:crazy:
 
YEA!!! I lost 3.6 pounds which is GREAT since my unfortunate 2.6 pound gain last week. I'm back on track! Last night's meeting was helpful because we talked about Thanksgiving and ways to successfully get through it. I've only lost 6 pounds so far but I'm thankful that I haven't gained that this season!

I am happy :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: to report that I am down another 3.2 pounds for a total of 51 pounds in 15 weeks!!! I made my personal goal of 50 pounds by December 4th.

KimRaye....You sure have had a hard time of it lately, but you are such a trooper! Being at your pre-pregnancy weight is a wonderful accomplishment!! :thewave:

Someone mentioned that their WW meeting topic was how to prepare for Thanksgiving...How about listing some of our ideas here? I need all the help that I can get! My tip is that I'll be preparing the desserts (WW-style!), since that is my weakness & I probably couldn't stay away from the ones that other people will bring. Any more ideas? :sunny:
 
Hi all... Hope I can join in on the fun. I partake over on the WW boards... but haven't been on the WISH boards in a while. But here I am! Since recommitting at the end of August, I am down 21.5 lbs!!! Got my 20lb Clippie (after holding onto that 5lb one for what seemed like forever!!!) and my 10% star at WW also!!!

I love reading about all of your successes!!! Such inspiration!

I am happy to report that I lost 3 lbs. this week. Which was esp. nice after having a big fat zero last week! I am down 9.2 total. I Want to be down another 3 by the time we leave for Disney on the 4th, and I really think it's an attainable goal.

Also, saw my endo today. My thyroid levels are good, but he's going to see how my bloodwork comes out and maybe kick me up a dose to "help me out with losing weight!"

We really need a thread on how to not go too overboard at WDW! I am going to have some serious issues down there. :crazy:

Took me a Month to loose it all, but its GONE..
87.2lbs for me again.. Time to hit the 90lbs off
