I didn't go last week because I had done so badly the week before but then instead of doing really well, I didn't keep track and I know I gained a couple of pounds. I am going tonight but I'm not sure if I should use my "Do Not Weigh" coupon. I hate to post a gain...but maybe I should and just get back on track. ???

Total 66.5. It's been pretty slow the past few months but, better off than on!

That's almost 3.5 pounds per week.... How do you do it???? I was happy with my 1.85 pounds per week and thought that was great for WW. Way to go!!!!!

I weighed in tonight and got a big fat zero - didn't gain anything, didn't lose anything!
