I started WW 8 weeks ago and lost 30.6, I weigh in again tomorrow, I hope it's good news. My goal is to loose 50 pounds by our first week of December trip and 75 by our April trip!



I am so used to going for my weigh-in's with these great results, I hope I can take it when I slow down. I lost 8 pounds the first week and 2 pounds my worst week, most of them have been 3 and 4. I still haven't exercised but I know that's coming!

I'm so excited that I stumbled upon this board!! I just started WW (again) 3 weeks ago. I was able to lose my weight after my first two pregnancies, but I just haven't been able to lose after my third girl was born and that was almost 2 years ago. I have 30lbs to lose. Are there any other WW threads? Does anyone know if there are point listings for Olive Garden (I have a ladies luncheon there this week)

End result, I lost 4.5 lbs this past week. Unbelieveable. I haven't had a 4-anything loss since May! I'm not suggesting this program though, trust me.
