WW Weekly Weigh-in

My WI actually went really well. According to my scale in the AM, I had gained pounds but lost fat. Went tonight, and they showed me losing .4 pounds!!! I'll take it!!! I got my 5 pound star award tonight!!:cool1: :cool1: I was so excited!!! Any loss counts, right??? I really watched what I ate today...had oatmeal for breakfast, and a salad and Thomas 100 calorie english muffin for lunch. Something I did must have been right to show a loss!!!
 
You and I are in the same boat I thought for sure I had gain I was really down on myself. Wondering what I had did. I even went to the pool 3 times this week and did water aerobics and deep watering walking too. But somebody must of sprinkled fairy dust on me because I lost .6 which is great. :wizard: I am now down 9.0 lbs. yeah:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:
 
Ok, my DS was in a bad mood this morning. My DD asked for McD. I can't go there at breakfast time and not get something. Egg McMuffin 7 points. Way to much for breakfast. But it was really good. :rotfl2:

Congratulations Mikamah!!!!:cool1: 35 lbs! That is awesome! I look forward in five pound increments too. Try not to get too far ahead of myself. I even heard one leader say that is how she did it. And she got to goal and didn't realize she was at goal. Until her leader said "Um, do you know you are 10 lbs below goal? Why dont' you go on maintenance now?" Doubt I won't realize I'm there. But Congrats again!

Mermaid, so happy you saw a loss this week. I was going to tell you that the same thing happens to me. I weigh in on Weds AM and am always lighter on Fri! What the heck? I even mentioned that to one of the secretaries at the meeting and she suggested maybe changing meetings. But no other time works for me. Can't explain it. But you are not alone.

Iggbees, SueRs and Tiggerlover Congrats on your .2! Wish I could say I even lost that much this week!

So, as for me, I was up 1lb this week. I'm not too surprised though. I can't lose two weeks in a row without gaining some of it back. And I had lost 2lb last week and 1lb the week before. So I'm still down overall. The only bummer is I had hit 25lbs lost and now I'm back at 24lb. Oh well! Next week will be better!

Hang in there fofinia, we all hate the gains, but usually the week following a gain we show a loss. Hope you have a better week this week.

WI tomorrow. I worked hard this week.. well this month I guess, I doubled my goal exercising! And that was with surgery :banana: I don't know if I lost, dont feel it, but I do know I worked hard.

fofinia-:hug: Hugs on the gain. I know what it's like to go up and down, but you've got an awesome attitude, and it won't be long til you've lost 25 for good. I hate to hit a goal, and then go back up again. I played between 199.8 and 200.4# for weeks. It can be frustrating, but keep up that motivation and you'll be fine. :cheer2: How could someone not know they were at goal?!?:rotfl: too funny.

I'm off to my brothers for the weekend, and my sil and I are planning a healthy WW weekend. I'm bringing my mom with me and I warned her not to bring any junk, it was going to be a healthy ww weekend, and she did scoff a bit at me. She's definitely a sabotageur (if that's a word). I'm going to make a spinach dip now. I got the recipe from a girl at work and it sounds great, and the whole thing will only be 4 points. It's a box of frozen spinache, 4 egg whites, 1 cup ff cottage cheese, and 3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese. I'm going to throw in some chiles and onion. Then you bake at 400 for 30-45 min. I bought finncrisp crackers which are big, and 5 = one point.

My WI was today and I stayed exactly the same. I knew this was going to happen because of the muscle thing. Working out so much when I never did before, is sure gonna make muscle. I made a goal for exercise on the March thread for 675 mins of exercise for March, I had surgery and could do anything for 1 week. Well I guess I did well since I more than doubled my goal in 3 weeks time, I did 1415 mins :banana: :banana: WOW WOW WOW amazing what we can do when we try.

I did make a big mistake this week tho, I ate too less. LOL I NEVER though I would be told to eat MORE!! LOL But with the exercising I should be eating more points and I didn't, I also didn't use any of my extra 35 weekly points and I really messed up but not eating all my regular points 5 of the days. I don't know why, I just didn't. So this is all a lesson, live and learn and do better next time is how I think of it.
 
I only lost half a pound this week- I know it's better than nothing, but I had really been hoping for little bit more. Good job to everyone that lost!
 
Hey Miss Missy, sometimes it seems that the weeks I exercise I don't do as well as if I don't exercise. Actually it doesn't just seem that way, it is that way. I even mentioned it to my leader. And she said, "Well maybe don't exercise as much." I just can't do that. It just has to be better to be exercising. Anyway, I can't explain why it happens but it happens to me a lot. In the long run it has to even itself out. Or at least I'm hoping! Good luck this week.

Kjo- Congrats on 1/2 a pound! And I see in your siggy you have a new baby! Kudos to you for even losing when your baby is still so little. I was bad and didn't even try till she was a year or so. Just didn't have the energy to focus on me.

Had WI this morning.. lost another 2lbs:cool1:

I weighed myself before I went to the meeting & I only had my loss at .8 so I'm really liking my WW WI scale :hug:

I bought my scale at Bed Bath and Beyond. It's a Tanita scale. Measures weight and body fat. I am glad I have it!!! I believe it was only $25 dollars or so!!! Give it a try!!!
 
Fofinia- thanks! It was really tough in the beginning, but now that she's on the go, she's actually helping me out since I spend my days chasing after her!
 
i lost .7 lbs this week. that's almost a pound! yay! :cool1: puts my total at 2.9 lbs in a month of weigh ins. not so great, but i'll take it. i've only been going to the gym for a week now, so i figure with my new gym membership those lbs should come off more easily. i wasn't losing for 2 weeks and then once i joined, i lost!
 
I was down 1.8 at Friday's WI.

Unfortunately I have been sabatoging myself ever since. I didn't even write down anything for Sat/Sun which I always do no matter how much it is. Well today is a new day. The kids are home this week (hard to exercise!), Easter is coming as is my daughter's birthday. I usually stay on track at holidays and parties (people are watching) it's afterwards that I think I should reward myself for staying on track. It is a vicious cycle I'm on.
