I'm down 1.6 since last week. The weight sure does seem to go on a heck of a lot faster than it comes off!

Congratulations everyone and have a great week!

Congratulations everyone!

Mikamah, it is funny how your perspective changes. What was once so awful is no not so bad. I too will be happy to get back to my First WW start weight. 4lbs I think to get there. Of course i don't want to stop there though!

Tiggerlover, I hope you find your groove in your new meeting and you are so close! That's awesome!

MJGirl, when I started WW I was looking forward to my Disney trip too. It was my goal to get thinner before it. Now I've gone and come back, So I guess I'll have to start looking forward to my next one with another goal. It seems to be a good motivator.

Mermaid and Cinmell, Congratulations! I'm always psyched with anything over 1lb. I'm usually a .2 or .4 a week. Now that is sloooooow! Keep it up!

Oh yeah! I just wanted to say I'm really proud of myself tonight. I went to visit my brand new twin nieces and someone had brought pizza over. And I didn't have any. And boy did it look good. And everyone there must've asked me if I wanted some 2x. But I resisted! yeah!!!:cool1:

I prepared for it by eating dinner early at 4:30 tonight. Chicken breast and veggies. So I wasn't hungry. Even though I had 4 points left. I wanted to save them for something sweet later. Anyway, just wanted to share my mini accomplishment!

Good luck everyone!!!:thumbsup2

UGH! Its been so hard lately to stay on points and all. But somehow I still managed to squeak out another pound. And it wasn't easy. I am such a stress eater and going back to school had stressed me out like you can't believe. And my hours are all jacked up as well. Out of the house some days at 430am and not home till 930pm that night. UGH! But I'm determined to keep losing and do my best. Messing up and not being competely OP one day is not going to ruin the entire week for me. And although I wanted more of a loss, I am happy with the one pound loss I had this week.

Good luck everyone!

Congratulations Stacerita! I hope your school and work schedule will balance out soon for you!

Congrats to all the losers - keep up the good work.

I was up a pound - I have only 15 pounds to my goal weight so I purchased a 16 week pass and am determined to be at my goal weight and beginning maintenace by then. When I stick to the program and drink the water I do great, when I don't, like last week the pounds sneak back on. I've come to realize the battle will never be over and I will always have to watch and work on maintaining. Hope everyone has a good week!:goodvibes

I am down 1 pound this week. Slow and steady, slow and steady. I'm happy so long as I'm not going up.

Knovak- I'm the same as you, if I stick with the program, and drink the water, I always have a decent weight loss. I've used more then 35 fps every week lately, and so long as I don't totally go out of control, I lose a little. This is a healthier lifestyle change for me, and I hope to never see my weight go back up again. Good luck with the next 16 weeks. You can do it!!!:cheer2:

Congrats on the awesome losses- MJgirl, mermaid02, cinmell, and Stacerita!!!! Whoo hoo!!!:cool1:

Tiggerlover- I also remember weighing 135 and thinking I was fat. It was jsut after high school, and I was going to Gloria Stevens fitness salon to lose weight. I will be happy to get down to 170. I don't know if the WW goal of 155 is realistic for me, but it seems so far away now, it's hard to know. Congrats on your loss. Goal is so close for you now. Keep up the awesome work, and we'll be celebrating with you soon!!!:cheer2:

Fofinia-Congratulations on your twin nieces. :cloud9: How sweet. And a big thumbs up on resisting that pizza!!:thumbsup2 It is so challenging at times, and people love to push food on others. My family gatherings usually involve food, pizza, chinese, calzones, etc, and we are mostly overweight, and it is hard to stop that cycle. My mom has diabetes, high blood pressure, and is having multiple health issues, many related to sedentary, unhealthy living, and I don't want to be in the same situation in 30 years. My bro and sil, and sister and I are doing ww now, and we are trying to live a healthier lifestyle, but old habits die hard. Keep up the good work. I bet you'll see a great loss this week.

Good luck everyone!!!

I'm having a hard time the past week and a half, too ... I had a scheduled wine tasting last Thursday, so I knew I wasn't going to weigh in, so since I knew I wasn't I went ahead and threw myself off the wagon for that week, plus the weekend since I knew I had several days before my meeting.

But yesterday and today have been spot on, plus I got on the treadmill for 27 minutes today.

Congratulations to our losers and {{{HUGS}}} to those of us who are struggling this week. For me I think it goes in cycles and this week (as always) I am hungry all of the time! But I am doing my best and will hang in there like everyone else.

Mik, if you don't agree with WW goal have a talk with your doctor and see what he or she thinks you should be. If I followed what my doctor said I would already be at goal, but we compromised so I am still seeking that goal (which is over what WW says). I got a doctor's note and WW will honor what she wrote.

Hi All! So I lost 1.2 this morning. I'm always happy with anything over a pound. But honestly I was hoping for 2 today. I wanted to get all the vacation weight off so I would be back to losing. Oh well only .4 of that to go!! Then back to the real numbers.

knovak and gypsydoodle, I'm sorry you had a rough week. Both of you have great attitudes about getting back on track and realizing that it can be slow. I often have to remind myself of that. I want to lose so much faster than I am. A couple of women at my meeting have lost as much as me in 2 months. And I've been going for 7. So I really have to remind myself not to compare. Good luck to you both.

Mikamah! Congratulations! Hope you are enjoying your losing curve!

Good luck everyone!!!

fofinia, 1.2 is a great loss for the week, congrats! It won't be long now and you will be back to where you were before vacation, keep up the great work!

I feel so bad that I haven't been around the boards so much lately but between being sick for almost two weeks and life I just haven't had much opportunity to read and post like I usually do. Keep up the great work one and all. I weigh tomorrow and I am thinking I will just break even, but I will get back to you all and let you know.

Onward and downward!!

I had my weigh in tonight and as expected I had a gain, .8 for the week. Tomorrow is a new day and the start of a new week, I hope this is the week I will find the motivation I need to give it that extra push!!

Weighed in this morning.... stayed the same this week. Oh well, I'll keep on exercising.... it's got to kick my metabolism in gear at some point!

I haven't checked in in a couple of weeks. We were at Disney and we got back on my weigh in day, so there was no way I was going to ruin an awesome trip by weighing myself the day we got back! Last week I was at the weight I was at before we went to Disney, so I lost whatever I gained there and this week I lost 2 pounds! Keep up the good work everyone!

Went up 1.4 lbs this week ... Not surprised considering the date, plus I really went on a pizza binge on the weekend. Time to get back on track!!

Must be good! Cruise in 4 months! :dance3:

I am having a really hard time. I can't seem to get or stay motivated. I don't know if it is the cold weather, or the stress of remodeling, or what, but i am trying to get myself in order before I gain back what I have lost. Any suggestions for trying to get back on track? I could take anything you have to offer.

Hang in there mermaid! Staying the same really isn't such a bad thing, but I know from experience it can be a little depressing. Hopefully next week will be a better week for you.

KJo719, good for you for doing so well after a vacation and congrats on your 2# loss.

I'mWong, I am right there with you. We are doing renovating and starting tomorrow I will not be able to use my kitchen for 3 days. It is harder to stay on track when life is in an upheaval. One thing I think I need to do to stick with it during this time is to have pre-cut vegetables at the ready so I don't grap the quick (unhealthy) snacks and to make sure I get my water in, so maybe that will help. Here's hoping we both survive the renovations and that we can find our way back on track.

Weighed in this morning and I am only down .6. Its still a loss I know, but its getting hard. In the begining losing was easier. I just have to re motivate myself.

Congrats to all the losers. Keep it up!!

Stacerita, I have found that after you lose a significant amount of weight the weight loss slows down. I say celebrate the loss, you are 6/10th of a pound less than you were, so in my mind any loss is a good loss!!! Onward and downward!

Thanks Tiggerlover! I am happy that it was a loss and not a gain. But it gets frustrating. Almost a frustrating as figuring out how those cookies jumped into my basket and got opened up in the car before I even made it home today. Can someone please tell me how that happened????
