WW Weekly Weigh-in

FINALLY!

I was down 3.6 lbs. last night! That is a weekly record for me!

I was so depressed last week. I had gained and it's going so slowwww for me. I think this is the boost I need to really, really, REALLY buckle down and lose the 7.8 lbs. I have to go to goal.

Great Job!! It's so much easier when you can see the results of your effort on your scale. I understand about losing slowly. I have two pounds until goal, but at the rate I am going that could take two or three weeks. ;)

What a great WI. Remember that slow is not a bad thing. I have read so many times that if you lose too fast you are more likely to put it back on. You'll be at goal before you know it.

Keep up the great work!!!
 
Another 2.2lb drop for me this week. I have been exercising. Do any of you have evening meetings and not eat all day before you go? I find I can't go all day without something since my job is so busy. Great to all you "losers" out there. One step at a time.
 
1 pound lost and 1 pound to go to get back to pre-vacation weight!

Congrats to the losers!

My weight would have come off this week, but I haven't been exercising like I should and we have been indulging in wine in the evenings.
 
Just wanted to pop in and say way to go on the losses this week. Let's keep those scales moving in the downward direction.

You SHOULDN'T go all day without something!!! :eek: That is NOT WW recommended, I'm sure.

I agree! I weighed in this morning and had a one pound loss. It's not a lot, but it's not a gain!
 
Hi Kim, I could never go the whole day without eating especially on weigh in day. I figure I am not going to either gain or lose that much if I eat or not eat. :flower: :paw: Ragsdale Tigers Rock! :paw:
 
I could never go the day without eating either, plus it really isn't good for you to go that long. I think your body would go into it's starvation mode. If you are going to WI during the evenings each time you should be fine anyway.

Thats why I like doing it on line....I weight in at home as soon as I get out of bed without a stitch on (I like the numbers that way!!) :rotfl: . I can gain 2-3 pounds from the beginning of the day to the end, even if I eat right and exercise (Water weight I think... :boat: )

Anyway, lost that WDW vacation weight I gained last week plus about a pound. Down 3.2# :cheer2: :Pinkbounc :banana:
 
I just am back from WI and am happily reporting a 2.2 loss this week. I was going to be happy with maintaining because of not exercising last week due to monthly time and not eating the healthiest although I did stay within points so I was really excited to have lost. Keep up the great work everyone!

Ugh! No :cheer2: :cheer2: for me. I was up 1.2 last week. Of course, I was a big cheaty cheaterson, so it wasn't a real surprise.

Time to recommit . . . .
