Howdy everyone.

Congrats on the losses.

I'm down .2 this week. It may not be much, but I'll take it!
I could use some words of advice (or maybe just a swift kick in the heiny

) about where I'm at in this process:
The first 10 pounds came off really easily. As a result, I've gotten back into a couple of pairs of jeans that I love and people have started to notice. Here's the rub, it's as though a mental switch has flipped in my brain and now, all of a sudden, it's OK to eat the cookie because "Hey, I fit in those jeans I like" or it's OK not to write things down for the same reason.
Obviously, it's NOT! But, I can't seem to shake the mentality.

Sometimes it seems like even though I know what I'm supposed to do, I can't get myself to do it.
Anyone care to kick me into gear?
