WW Weekly Weigh-in

I went to WI this morning and was down .8 this week. Nothing big, but I'll take it. I have lost 14 pounds since starting WW the end of August. Let's keep going everyone.
 
I gained 3 last week after WDW.

Last night I was down 1.2 lbs. I was hoping to get rid of all 3 lbs. last week - but a loss, is a loss!

Keep up the great work you guys!

I had my WI this morning, did lose but didn't gain either. Way to go everyone, keep up the great work.
 
Missed my weigh in this week, but wanted to stop in to say :wave2: anyway.

I made LIFETIME!!!!!! :cool1: :cool1:

After joining WW August 29, 2004, I finally made it :banana: :banana: Now the past couple of weeks, I've lost and gained, lost and gained and even though I'm not at "my" goal, I'm still 3 pounds under my WW goal, so I'm good.

It's been a long hard road and I started off weighing 208 pounds and as of today, I'm 142. My goal is to be in the 130's, so just a few more pounds to go.

I'm going to try and post some before and after pictures soon (if I can get Sunny to help me *hint hint*)

Thank you for everyone's support over the past 14 1/2 months and I hope I can be as supportive as everyone has been here for me. :flower:

I, on the other hand, gained .4 last night. Ugh. I am so upset - I have been hanging around the same 5 pound span since JULY! :confused3 I am trying the wendie plan this week to shake things up. We'll see...

Yippeeeee!

I promised myself in Sept. that I would lose 10 lbs. before our Jan. trip.

Today I am 20 lbs. down!


Makes me think the other 30 are possible... :)
 
Everyone is doing great. Keep up the hard work because it is paying off. I didn't lose or gain last week but really hoping for at least a small loss before Thanksgiving. :flower:
 
Hello all!

I started WW two weeks ago. I weigh on Wednesdays. I started at 210. Last week was 207 and this week is 206. My mini goal is to be to 198, down 12, by Christmas day.

I've been avoiding getting my November Lifetime WI :rolleyes1 I'm going on Friday no matter what!

I did the Wendie plan faithfully last week and lost 2 lbs.! This is a major loss for me! :cool1: I really think I tend to get in a rut, and eat the same things all the time, and the same amount of pts. every day. Shaking things up really helped. I am still not at my so-far lowest, but darn close - and 9 lbs. to goal. Maybe I finally broke through the plateua I've been sitting at since this summer. I hope Turkey Day doesn't mess me up too much!

Yippee - 168.5 today on my mom's scale. Met my mini-goal of 169 by Turkey day, though who knows how much I gained!
