Congrats to the losers, the maintainers, the only-a-small-gainers, and anyone else who's working hard to stick with the program! 
Now the past couple of weeks, I've lost and gained, lost and gained and even though I'm not at "my" goal, I'm still 3 pounds under my WW goal, so I'm good.
I am trying the wendie plan this week to shake things up. We'll see...

I'm going on Friday no matter what!
I really think I tend to get in a rut, and eat the same things all the time, and the same amount of pts. every day. Shaking things up really helped. I am still not at my so-far lowest, but darn close - and 9 lbs. to goal. Maybe I finally broke through the plateua I've been sitting at since this summer. I hope Turkey Day doesn't mess me up too much!
