WW Weekly Weigh In--- Part 2

Have you had the Skinny Cow products? I'm wondering how they compare taste wise. I LOVE the Skinny Cow mint ones. :cloud9: Tastes like a frozen mint Girl Scout cookie.

Time to head home from work and build a nice salad with all the fixins I bought. I'm one half of a pound away from my mini-goal and I weigh in on Monday....not gonna mess that up this weekend! Wish me luck!

Skinny Cow is 2 points....and I'm VERY looking forward to having one in about....oh, another half hour.

oh i LOVE the skinny cow mint and strawberry shortcake ones! yum. even my boyfriend likes them and he is not a low fat/low cal kind of guy!
 

OK, I had to get back to WW today after missing my meeting last week. 2 weeks ago, I was just 3 lbs from my goal...in the 2 week period, I GAINED 5.8 lbs!!!!!! Some is TOM, but come on now...not almost 6 pounds. I know exactly what happened, which is good, I guess. I STOPPED TRACKING. I just got sick of it...I started WW in mid December, and have been a good tracker, which has really helped me.

Just get back to tracking!! If you start again now, you will start to lose again and not gain. :goodvibes:goodvibes Good luck!!

Tomorrow and Saturday will be a challenge though. We are going to a Brockton Rox game and my DD11 informed me our seats are right next to concession stand :headache:

I'm new on this board. I started WW last week and had my first weigh in on Wednesday. I lost 6.4 pounds my first week. :banana:

I am really tracking everything and not feeling deprived. I even have some points left over some days. My goal is to lose about 40 pounds total.

I had two difficult days - I was on a business trip to Brussels (in Belgium) and took some time to explore the city. And Brussels is a city that offers so much food: chocolates, waffles, fries (the Belgians actually invented the french fries, so they sell them everywhere!) and millions of restaurants. I love to experience the food that it is special for a place - and therefore I did make a few rather bad choices yesterday and today. But I thoroughly enjoyed them and now I am back to tracking my points and just put the two last days behind me!!

Does this mean I should put the WISH clipart for 40 (and then the next milestones to come) after each one? Or was the clipart for the ultimate goal milestone you're working for?
 
Can't help you with the question, but wanted to say congratulations!!! 40 pounds is a fantastic result, even if it is not your goal!! :cool1:

Folks use the clip art to represent the weight loss (or clothing size reduction) they have achieved. So yours would be the 40 one! :thumbsup2 Then when you hit 45, change to the next clippie.

I'm a HALF POUND from my 10 pound clippie....and if I don't achieve it on my Monday weight in I'm going to be cranky. So to avoid crankiness, I'll be VERY good today and tomorrow. :lmao:

ADD your 40 lb WISH LOST clipart, and delete some other things. Your loss is more important to us! :thumbsup2 jmho :cool1:

If you weigh at 9:30am, do you wait and eat breakfast afterward? I didn't last week but my friend did.

I would wait, if you can. ;) I'm sure it's mostly psychological tho. Whatever you wait to eat, is on next week's WI anyway. ;)

You have to let those few days go! What a fun experience to get to enjoy the food and the atmosphere of that beautiful city, I am totally jealous!

I am the same. We weigh in at 5 and so I have my normal breakfast and then a fairly light lunch. Nothing after that. I know it is a little silly but ;)

I enjoy the Skinny Cow too! I also have schwans bars in the house. They are like sherbet on a stick and are 1 point. They really are good!

I weighed in today and lost one pound! :thumbsup2I made it through two weeks in a row of weighing in! Yay me :laughing: so now I have 5 more pounds to lose to get me back to my comfort zone. Wish me luck!

for the record, I do not eat anything before weigh in either. I do get up and have a glass or two of water before I work out (6:15 - 6:30ish). I weigh in at 10:00. I just bring my coffee and a Fiber One bar or something with me to eat after weighing in.

I'm down 15.4lbs and very happy. I still have a long way to go but I'm so happy to be going in the right direction. Hope you all have a good week!!! :banana:
