Hey there, folks.
So, I did a magic trip and made myself dissapear for a while. Being a full time student and holding a full time job just plain got the best of me, and weightloss fell to the back burner.
I am happy to report, however, that I am back and ready to go! With finals over, I have much less on my plate right now, and I finally have the time to focus on getting healthy.
So, to refresh/reintroduce myself. I'm 22, and 5'11'' Last week, I weighed in at 224.4. I'd gotten down to 218.5, having started at 232 quite a while ago. So, I guess I gained back six or so lbs. I think this also was a bit high due to TOM and weighing in the afternoon, instead of the usual morning. I started back up watching my food intake this week, and started going to the gym this week also. I've been doing 25 minutes of elliptical, and some crunches and planks just in case there are any muscles under my flub that would appreciate that kind of thing.
Anyway, I hope to be back and posting here regularly. I havent caught up reading the thread, but it certaintly seems like people are doing well. Congrats to everyone for all their progress.
