feel free to vent away! I remember when I had my first gain after being so careful with my points! It was so discouraging, but it did motivate me to get moving. Once I got into working out, the weight started to come right off again.

I eat oatmeal pretty regularly and I noticed the same thing. It's my go to breakfast when I need to get my weight loss going again. I add a chopped up granny smith apple and cinnamon also and it's really good. It lasts me a long time which is nice on work days when I can't always get food right when I'm hungry.
I'm back from my interview and the good news I am officially a WW employee now!
The bad news is they don't have a meeting in my territory they need staffed yet

so for now I am stuck still working at my retail job
I will start training and then sub when needed. I am really excited to start! I just had to share with you all!
