Happy New Year everyone! I have been away from this thread for too long
I've been up and down with my weight for too long now and really, really need to get back on track. I missed most of December's meetings due to appointments and our trip to Disney, but did finally get to the one last Wednesday. I wasn't going to go because I had a hundred things to take care of before Christmas, but I ran into a fellow WW'er at the supermarket and she encouraged me to go to the meeting. I am very glad I put myself first!
I just got the new material at the meeting on Wednesday but haven't read through it all yet. I did not weigh in at that meeting ~ I am at my goal weight so I have the 2 lb window, but I just did not want to see that number written down you know? I was hoping I could lose a little to weigh in this week instead (I haven't weighed all month so I
have to weigh in by this Wednesday) Unfortunately I haven't been able to make even one day without blowing all my points

I'll be lucky if I don't go over my 2 lb over goal limit
Anyway...it's new day so I'll start over, again! Good to "see" you all again...hoping to get this thread moving a little more now that the holidays are over.
