I did really good this week and only lost a POUND!I drank lots of water and walked 2 miles everyday! I'm so mad!
On the plus sidemy pants do fit better and I'm not bloated!
So I'm hoping I lost more inches then....

Congrats for getting back on program. We all have little moments when we stray and that's part of real life. Getting back on is the hard part and you did it.I'm happy to say that I had an OP day yesterday and it looks like I'll have another one today. which is good b/c I was not kind to myself this weekend.I actually did better than expected at the camping trip... I just didn't account for all the food at the party celebrating my niece and nephew's baptism on Sunday. whoops. And Monday I actually bypassed the 0 on the 0-5 hunger/comfort scale. I was pretty mad I let myself get that hungry... stupid mistake and it look awhile before I felt ok again. But on the plus side when I got a chance to eat, I ate very healthy food and didn't grab the first thing I saw so I felt better. I also didn't gorge myself. So there's a silver lining, right!?!

Weighed in this morning - down a pound this week - 5.5 pounds in four weeks. Received my first gold star.

That's almost a pound. Congrats!Down .8 lbs this week. I'm pretty happy with it, all things considered. Mtg. was on emotional eating, which had some nice reminders.

Here's a Pumpkin Cake Recipe... it's so easy, it's not even funny. I haven't tried it yet, but I can't imagine it would taste bad if you like pumpkin pie.
Back from weighin and I am only up .8, which makes me very happy considering all the splurges I ate earlier in the week. I'm on track as of the past 3 days, and I'm planning to stay there.

I started WW Online last week and came here looking for a WW thread and found you guys. My weigh in is Mondays, so tomorrow is the big dayI have quite a lot of weight to lose, but right now I'm committed to just 10%.
