New to this board and love this thread!!
I wanted to share my WW experience. I reached lifetime this week!!

I started WW this summer and it really works if you stick with it. The keys for me are exercise and drinking the water. I have more I would like to lose to meet my personal goal. I joined BL 6 to help me achieve that goal. I am also going to continue weighing in weekly with WW. I am psyched to not have to pay!!
Good Luck to all of the WW dieters!! Here's to a losing week!!
Whoo hoo!!

Congratulations on making Lifetime! That must be such a wonderful feeling. Welcome to our little thread.
I need to get back on track. I made very poor food choices last week. Somehow I only gained 2 oz. but now I need to get back at it and stick with it! Three more pounds and I'll have "lost" my toddler
Sorry you had a little gain, but you can get right back on and lose it. How exciting to lose your toddlers weight. When you pick up those toddlers and hold them for any length of time, they are so heavy after a bit, and we carried all that extra weight around for so long. When I first joined ww 3 years ago, my son was about 50 pounds, and I wanted to reach that weight, but my journey has been long and slow, and now he's 70 pounds, and I don't think I'll get there, but 65 total would be nice. Keep up the great work.
Congratulations on making Lifetime!

I am always so impressed by those that can stick with it to their goal. I'm working towards that this time, once and for all. 4th time at WW and I'm determined to see it through till the end.
You will see it through this time, and I'm right there with you. I think this is my 4th or 5th time doing ww, and I will not quit again.
I am a three-peater at WW's, made my goal the second time, thought I could do it on my own and ended up gaining 25# pounds back. I joined WW's the last time, lost the weight again, made lifetime and I am determined not to go back. Sometimes I think it is harder staying at lifetime than it was getting there. It takes determination and the will to succeed.....you can do this!!
I can imagine it is harder to maintain longterm than to lose. When I went through about a year of not losing anymore, I thought wow, maybe this is what maintainance would be like, but still having 40 pounds to lose, it's a lot easier to maintain than being at goal. You should be so proud Deb. Hope all is well and you are feeling better now.
Congratulations on everyones weight loss!! I weighed in last night and managed to have lost 2 pounds. I am very happy about that because my baby turned one on Sunday and let's just say I slightly overindulged in cake and punch. I even went to the trouble to make ww friendly cupcakes for those of us watching what we eat but did I eat those----nope, I had the real thing

Hope we all have a "losing" week this week
Congrats on your loss. That is the great thing about ww, you can have an occasional splurge, and still stick to the program. Congrats on your one year old. That is such a fun age, starting to walk and talk. Babies are so cute.
Wow! You guys are so encouraging! I just got back from an Alaska cruise...I ate, but I didn't go nuts. One day I had some kind of cream puffs and they made me queasy...so that kept me on course.
Weigh in after 2 weeks away from WW and l lost another 2.8 lbs!! 5.4 total, and only 60 more or so to go!
Awesome loss, and after a cruise and all!! You should be so proud.
The same thing just happened to me. I noticed "puckers" in the cups where there should have been something filling in, but there was not. Just bought 2 new ones and went down a cup size. I also went shopping to see what pants size I was in, and I'm down to sz 14 from a sz 18. When I put the 14's on, I was amazed at how they looked, and then realized that the pants that I have been wearing are actually way TOO big. It didn't seem like it, though. I LOVE it when that happens!
Congrats on your new size! That is such a good feeling. I had got into a snug 14 in the spring, but after a big summer gain, am back in the 16s, and working back toward a 14 again.
I have not been eating very well, but for the past 5 days, have been journalling everything even though it's been over my points. I weighed in today and was down .4. I have been exercising every morning this week, and that definitely saved me. I am back to flex. With school restarting, and my son playing soccer, open houses at school and ccd, etc, I was having a hard time planning and preparing my core foods, so I went back to flex 5 days ago, and am going to stick with it but try and eat the healthier core foods as much as possible. I am committing to journalling every single bite I take and to doing a watp tape at least 5 days/ week. I fell out of the exercise routine over the summer, and want to get back into it.
Keep on trucking everyone!! We can do it!!
