I joined WW meetings last night after being unsuccessful on my own for the past few months. During the orientation meeting, the meeting leader said we will receive information regarding activity/activity points week 3 (I think it was week 3). Anyway, she said they suggest you earn 4 activity points per day, 28 for the week. However, she said you don't start "eating" your APs until week three. Does this sound right? If I earn APs now, should I not use them? I thought you were always supposed to try to eat your AP's? I'm a little confused.

It doesn't mean you shouldn't do activities until then, but they give you a couple weeks orientation into the program before adding the next step.
