Wrong ticket used

does anybody know who I can call if somehow the wrong linked ticket was used to enter the park? My husband has a 10 day ne pass with 2 days left and just went to Disney for work and was given a 2 day conference pass which was also linked. I can still see the 10 day pass (probably because there's water park days left on it) but I can also see the 2 day convention pass which should be gone because it's should be used. I don't think it's used because I can reassign it's owner on MDE. Is there anyway for me to call and confirm which pass was indeed used?

Another DISer posted earlier today that if you tap on the NE ticket, using the app, it should show the # of entitlements that remain.

If that doesn't work, attempt to book a FP with the NE ticket. If the system doesn't allow you to book FPs, the entitlements are gone and you'll need to call Ticketing or IT.

how do you reassign nonexpiring tix on mde? we have those also with a few days left

There are two kinds of situations regarding tickets:

If tickets are still NEW and unused, you can reassign them to anyone in your MDE file (including "fake names.")

But, once someone begins to USE a ticket, it can no longer be transferred to any other person.

not even between your own kids? we have one off to college and will have days left was wanting to move it to other child.

Once a ticket has started to be used, it cannot be transferred.

The MDE site software won't allow the transfer.
And, if the "wrong person" tries to use a MB or ticket card at the park gate, the finger scan will not allow entry.

that stinks! good for those who get ahold of someone else's ticket but stinks if the ticket was purchased by parents and wanting to use within immediate family for another child

Imagine a family going on a 5-day trip.
They have two teens and so...

They buy one 10-day ticket,
and want to "share it" between the two kids.

I get it. I was just hoping to let younger son use the remaining days off oldest sons ticket that he wont be using. so we go from family of 4 to 3 on future trips

The ticket that belongs to the elder son will be able to be saved and used by him sometime in the future.

possibly,or it will sit here unused. its fine! didnt think as far as college years when we bought them. we would have bought him base tickets instead

As the oldest kid who was kind of forgotten about once I went to college, don't assume the older won't want to go. Make room for him in your plans still.

My mom moved x-country and was getting remarried after I left and for my first college thanksgiving asked if I wanted them to hold off on the wedding so I could go out there and attend or if I wanted to visit my dad (which meant being in my hometown and seeing all my buddies; the dad was not the deciding factor there and she knew it). I chose hometown. Once the decision was made she mentioned that post-wedding they'd be off to the Bahamas with my younger brother for the honeymoon. Where of course I would have loved to go but they didn't give me full info.

Don't do that to the college kid. He will want to go back. Leave him his ticket.

Maybe your elder son won't care for Disney in the coming years.

In my case, when I went off to college, I made a couple of WDW trips during those years... and have been many times in the years since.

oldest son has been going to disney yearly some years 2x since he was 10months old:) he is a senior and already doesnt want to come but we are dragging him as a last family of 4 trip. he doesnt want to come and also cant take off april due to being in college. he is all set until he possibly goes with friends which i doubt or a partner. I went as a college teen with my roommate but he isnt interested in a trip like that. so yeah he is 17 and has been 21 times. he will miss it when he looks back but will bot feel left behind or left out. he is ready to start doing things with peers and may rejoin us as an adult with his own family
