Wrong birthday listed

We are cruising in 4 days on the dream, and started doing the online registration and noticed that one of the birthdays is incorrect. I already contacted my travel agent, but haven't gotten a response. Help! Can it be fixed?!

Not only CAN it be fixed, it will need to be fixed. This may become a security issue (DCL must submit the planned passenger manifest to homeland security prior to the cruise). It is a very simple matter to correct it, but it must be corrected.

If you don't hear from your TA in a few days, contact the owner/head of the agency.

Thank you! I'm sure my DU travel agent will get back to me about, but I was just scared that they wouldn't be able to fix it.

They messed up the spelling of DD's name once (why once after many cruises?). It was a totally simple matter to fix--one quick phone call. Happy sailing.

Thanks! I think this is the second time you have calmed me down about this cruise. I really appreciate it. :

We had the worse time getting my daughter on our next two cruises. I noticed that her age was not showing correctly, so I told my TA. She verified her birthdate with the DCL agent. Then I noticed that our addresses were all the same, except for my daughter. I asked my TA when she moved to Illinois? I then looked up my daughter in Il and found someone 1 1/2 years younger than her living in Il. The age was still wrong, the CC number was wrong and the address was wrong. I have no clue if the passport info was right or not. My TA then checked her birthday again and it was wrong. She finally got it straightened out. On top of it Disney had 2 CC numbers for my daughter (we had a problem on our last cruise where they insisted she hadn't sailed before and this was her 4th cruise). Thankfully my TA was able to straighten the whole thing out. Unfortunately my daughter will be 13 and the other girl with the same name will only be 12 so we had to pay $50 more for the cruise, and give another deposit of $10. I told my daughter I was taking the other kid, she was cheaper.
