I’ve heard that guests staying in-site can make reservations on June 12 for their MNSSHP.

Is there a list anywhere of what restaurants will be open?

Can the June 12th reservations be made only for the party, and beginning at 7:00 pm? Assuming that a reservation couldn't be made for say 5:00 pm, even though we can be in the park at that time with a party ticket?

You can enter the park at 4:00 with a party ticket, so you should be able to make a reservation anytime after that.

My guess is that we won't be able to make a reservation until 7:00 pm, but I hope you're right. Guess we find out on June 12th.

Dining reservations are not linked to tickets. Guests who book an ADR are responsible to have tickets that grant them access to the park during their reservation. E.g. Many book reservations at restaurants inside a park before purchasing park tickets. I’m not aware that it’s different for party ADRs.

If dining can be booked for the parties on June 12, won't it have to be linked to a party ticket? Am I misunderstanding the whole June 12th thing?

Yes it does but I don’t know that a person needs to prove they have a party ticket to book a ADR which is what is being inferred above. It was asked if a party guest needs to wait to book a adr that starts at 7PM or later. I’m not sure why that might be the case? That is what I’m asking. In years past, in order to book an ADR on a party night, does the person booking need to prove every person on the reservation has a party ticket? This is not how any other adr works so I’m not aware that the party is any different?

My question is, for those who have booked adrs during a party in the past, when you

@patty57 - I honestly have no idea as June 12th is 64 days prior to the first party but I will say I am not aware of any table service locations that are available during the party. Possibly they exist but if so, they are not listed in the Official party thread - that I can find.

Question - where did the June 12th date come from? Where was that published?

I don't think your ADR booking date is affected by your park tickets, party or otherwise. If staying onsite, at 60 days before resort checkin you can book ADRs for your full stay, up to 10 days. If staying offsite, you can book each ADR 60 days from the date of the desired ADR.

You don't have to "prove" that you have park admission when you book the ADR. You only have to make sure that when the day of your ADR arrives, you will have the required park admission to enter the park in time to get to the restaurant. So for Halloween parties, since you can enter the park at 4 PM, I'd think any ADR at 4:30 PM or later would be fine.

This is correct. If you don’t have the correct admission, they’ll just turn you away or tell you to purchase a park ticket. If you miss your ADR, that’s on you. The last time we did a party we ate at Crystal Palace with a 4:30 reservation. I am almost certain we did not have a park ticket that day because we used that morning as a sleep-in and pool day. I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure. But we used a travel agent who made all the ADR’s and handled our tickets, so I don’t know what it looked like at booking.

I believe your quote answers our question. All resort guests will be eligible to book dining during MNSSHP on Jun 12th and offsite guests will be able to book reservations starting Jun 16th.

I answered in your other thread. The June 12 date simply means that the reservations after 6pm at MK on MNSSHP dates will be available for booking. Your ADR window will still open at 60 days (and if you stay onsite, you can make reservations for the length of stay at 60 days).
Anyone will be able to make an ADR for after 6pm on a MNSSHP date, (starting on June 12) but you will need a ticket to be able to stay and dine after 6pm on the MNSSHP date.
