Written Confirmation of Ressies from MS...

Hello,

I recently made my first reservation through MS and was told that I would receive a written confirmation... I have yet to receive this and was wondering if perhaps I misunderstood them. I do have a confirmation number so I assume that I indeed do have a confirmed ressie, but I would feel better with something in writing. Any info. would be appreciated.

You can print it off from the member site. On my first 2 ressies it took about 2 weeks to get the written confirmations.

To tell the truth, I ususally don't take the confirmation letter with me. As long as the reservation shows up on the DVC website, I figure I'm covered.

For whatever reason, it takes 2-3 weeks for confirmations to arrive in the mail. In the meantime, every reservation you make is listed on the dvcmember's website, so it's easy to verify that you are booked for the correct dates and resort.

Thanks for the quick replies... My trip isn't until June anyways, so I'm not really that concerned. As far as verifying on the member website goes, I have yet to receive my PIN so I can't access my info online

Call Member Admin (one of the choices when you call the MS number) and someone there can give you the info you need to log in to the members' website.
