Its java code, I believe. basically like a marquee for all images on a webpage. But its been a long time since I've worked with java, so I'm not sure, but based on how thigns move, thats what it should be. I don't think its an error.

I am so NOT computer savvy lol. You are probably right, I was only taking a stap in the dark as I have seen somewhat similar things and then find my computer all messed up. lol. (But again, bear in mind that I am, in no means, well computer literate lol).
