Wow...my neighbor really likes to mow MY yard

How long have you lived there? In my dad's neighborhood it is understood that whoever is mowing will do the whole side yard where the properties join. I could see if someone new didn't know that, they might be wondering what the heck is going on.

we've been mowing that patch of lawn since we moved in.

it's RIGHT in front of our shed...there are 3 trees directly opposite the shed...the property line is between the tree closest to us and the middle tree...

we moved in in November when the house was finished...I THINK they moved in maybe May/June of last year? it's always been the "other" lot though.
