I know there have been discussions on this but not sure if I've seen a recent answer on this.
We own at Vero Beach and Hilton Head. We have since created a trust (me and DH). We are the ones on the original deeds, which are two contracts under the same membership with the same UY.
Our attorney is assisting us and found contacts in SC and FL.
She says she found a firm in Hilton Head that can help with the deed for $670 (including recording costs) and Vero Beach for $390 (plus recording which she is getting an estimate on now).

Does this sound reasonable and correct? We have been in touch with MS who gave me the links to find our original deeds. Also including the email we received (below) in case it helps others in the future.

I'm hoping this will be smooth.

Thanks!

Updating to say that I told her to proceed as long as it sounded reasonable to her and as long as the firms know to follow the guidelines that MS send to us:

Please note, Disney Vacation Club only recognizes the active Trustee of the Trust as the Members. If the current Members are not listed as active Trustees of the Trust, they will lose their access to the Member Benefits and privileges (e.g. Member ID card, discounts and ability to attend special Member Only events).

Please ensure any new deeds reflect the full name of the Trust (including the active Trustees Names, Name of Trust and Date of Trust).

Once the new deed(s) are recorded, the title company or attorney will send copies to our office. We will update our records accordingly.
