WOW! DH agrees to go back to WDW! So why am I nervous?

So DH wants to plan to go back in the beginning of May. A part of me wasn't expecting him to agree. So now that he has, I feel like backing out . I, in no way, will ever do that though. It was just a shock. Now I have to start planning all over again! But that's the fun part! Anybody ever felt the same way? Why in the heck did I get nervous?

it is a LOT of planning, and that stuff makes me nervous too. the new guides like the unofficial guide for 07 are out. i would pick one up, and peruse the boards for any info here and just start planning. vacations cost money, and nervousness can be part of that, in my opionion. my DH spent 2 days with me a couple of weeks ago at MK and I got to ride Dumbo, I was nervous about that park, and finally relaxed. and I know he had a good time.
you will too! I was more nervous about the dining plan and the adr's, and they worked out fine. the last night we were there, my Dh said"you did great work, good planning, everything is great. " I swear, I smiled the whole next day on that plane ride home!

That's awesome and nerves are totally to be expected. I think we all do the happy chicken dance once in awhile. I have so many vacations under my belt (oh look another in 3 days), and I still freak out when reality hits that I have to make plans and check the list (remember to check it twice).

You'll be fine and have a wonderful time. Half the fun is the planning and anticipation of it. The other half is the execution of it. The planning takes longer. Savor it and enjoy it --- after you count to 10 and get over the shock.

The planning is almost as exciting as the actual trip! I just love planning the trip with my family. It seems to bring us closer! I am looking forward to planning our next trip! Good luck on planning yours!

Wow Great job I hope you are not nervous that you will not do as good a job this year! That would be rediculous! You did a fine job of WOWing him and yes I understand! The same thing here he went dragging his feet and now loves it, but don't tell anyone its Grumpy's big secret!

I was worried that he would not enjoy the next trip as much as the last. Who am I kidding?? Nonsense I got you guys to guide my way what could go wrong???? Now dono't answer anyone!!!!!

If you can write down now what was great from last trip and things you told your slef ....if I ever come back I want to go here and here and buy this and eat here and ride this ride and stay at this place.......

If you are the planner of the trip ther is pressure for you to plan a great trip. I was the same way. We went on a family trip them 11 mos later a convention opp arose. I never thought he would agree to go so soon but I felt like I had to make the next trip even better. Just have fun planning.
