One single WDW adults only hotel would probably be their most profitable on property. If I was gonna do it....i'd use the land they were going to use for the Venetian hotel. Imagine a water promenade sipping spritzes staring at the castle.
1/2 of our trips have been with extended family. But on our solo trips a non-kids environment would be welcomed. And I would guess that a majority of adults only guests would be repeat WDW guests who normally travel with family. So it's not like it would be a nightclub resort where people are going nuts. And it's not like any guest would hate kids...bc it's DW...but parents should realize...even at Disney....a $500 dinner where the table next to you doesnt have a screaming kid is appealing.
Personally....if it happens....i hope is small, expensive, and amazing.
