It's 80 nights for free drinks, but you do get drink 50% off drink coupons and other discounts after just 3 nights. Instead of the sarcasm you could easily look it up.Got it. So it isn’t 70 nights for free drinks, it is 175.
For me, mostly doing short cruises DCL is the better way to go. Palo after 30 nights. We may end up having it be 35-40 nights.
If you want to spend thousands of dollars to go to the Bahamas over and over again to get some free Italian food then it sounds like a plan. I'm trying to wrap my brain around how that makes sense. Eating at Palo is never free. You still have to tip and pay for any drinks. It's also easy to go over the amount they allot you if you want to order a good steak. Brunch is a better deal, but I won't be surprised if the start limiting what you can order there too.
You really cant win an argument trying to compare DCL's loyalty program to any other cruise line. DCL is a fine cruise line, but after dozens of cruises you won't have anything to show for your loyalty. Now that my kids are grown I regret it.
