Gerneally, yes. I'd stay at a new place. I like places that are new and fresh.
On the other hand, I've decided that when it comes to WDW, on property is where I want to be.
Last year we stayed at some beautiful condo-style villas. I think you'll have a great trip, but for someone like me, staying off property means less time in the parks, and that I didn't care for.
The truoble with staying at a nice off-property place like this is that i's actually too nice. At least witha large family it was. It was really hard to round everyone up and motivate them. We had a nice tv, a hot tub, a nice pool. For me, I have a relatively nice tv at home, access to a pool and though I enjoy a dip in the Disney pools (especially to check out the water slides), I don't travel all the way to Florida to watch tv or swim ordinary laps. I go for the rides, and the things that are uniquely Disney.
