Would you ride this attraction while on a cruise ship?

Do you dare step to the edge of bravery? Only on Icon of the Seas℠ will you encounter the Crown’s Edge — a fear-inducing challenge that’s part skywalk, part ropes course, part thrill ride and an all-out test of your courage. Strap in and step onto the walkway. Dare to look down at the crashing waves below — but keep moving. Because when you least expect it, the floor beneath your feet could collapse and leave you dangling high over the ocean. When the moment of truth comes, only the courageous will conquer.

No freaking thank you.

That looks terrifying.

I've done ropes courses before (scary), but I know they're safe and that I won't fall as long as I follow the harness rules. This one is probably safe too, so I could be talked into doing it. But I'd be scared the whole time! LOL

Do you get a t-shirt at the end of something? I might need an incentive 🤣

I wouldn't but then I don't pay extra for things on ships.....but if the kids or grand kids wanted to try it, I would pay

It may not be an extra charge.

I would probably try it. I did a ropes course for the first time last summer as part of a team building week. I enjoyed it, so I'd probably try this.

I have done a ropes course on Carnival that also included the option of a zip line off the side of the ship (for those who didn't want that experience they could walk the wabbly bridge next to it). So I may do this one but my anxiety would be through the roof waiting for the floor to drop out.

Looking at the picture it would seem even if the floor does not give way, you have to jump and slide to continue the ropes course. Either way you are sliding along with nothing beneath you. The only difference is if you did it or were forced to.

I think the next Icon class ship should be named Monetization of the Seas.

I absolutely would do this! I like high thrill stuff. (The only thing I’m skittish about is bungee jumping, only because I don’t want to hurt my back.)

I’ll have to show my dd this. She is going on this ship next summer with my mom. I bet she would do it. And no doubt, nana won’t like it, but she will oblige.

I have no interest in those floating monstrosities so nope, not something I would even have the possibility of doing! But not a fan of heights.

NOPE. I can do roller coaster but the thought of something falling out from under me is a no. I can't even do the plunge thing on the Magic.
