if the total came to $666.06? There's NO way in hel- that I would. About a couple years ago when I was booking a summer of 2005 trip to Disneyland through Disney.com, the total for the Sheraton hotel for two adults, three nights and two days in the park came to $666.06. I was like "What the HECK??" As soon as that price came up that hotel was immediately out of the question. I bet if I had taken it something bad would of happened to my mom and I at the hotel. We would of been injured in the room or something. I'm curious if this has come up with anyone else. :confused3

Yes, I would. But if it freaked you out you could just add a little something extra, like a room upgrade or something.

My cousin's license plate has 666 for the three numbers. If I was at the DMV and they handed me that I would have asked for another one. Nothing out of the ordinary has ever happened to him.
But there must be a decent amount of people out there with those random plates. They have to give them to someone.

Wouldn't bother me in the slightest - I guess I would just think it was funny!

Although, when I was in High School, we came in to class one morning and our teacher was all freaked out. Her calculator screen read "666" and she couldn't clear it or change it! Even when she turned it off and back on, it said the same thing. I'm not sure what she ever did with that posessed calculator! :rotfl:

When I stayed at the Beach Club, they put us in room 5666. I was nervous, but it had a full balcony and a view of the hot valet guys, so I dealt with it. :rotfl:

Yes, true. But I'm the type that if I see the devil in something I'll avoid it completely.

Uh, yeah I would. I had to read a couple of replies before I even realized why it freaked you out so much. I guess you're going to hole yourself up at home next Friday too?? :confused3

Wouldn't have even given it a 2nd thought. I've never really understood the whole 666 and friday the 13th thing anyway. We lived in apartment 1-666 never thought about it and instead of something bad happening we were blessed with conceiving our first child.

well my sil just remarried and held her wedding on 6-6-6 at 6:06, so i'll wait and see how the marriage pans out before i decide :teeth:

I sure am. But then again, I'm really NOT the party type. I don't go out that often. Besides, I have a 5 month old daughter and I'd rather spend my time with her. Even if it wasn't Friday the 13th I'd be at home anyway.

In 2004 my friend went with me to AAA to buy three 5 day tickets.

Each ticket was $222. Three cost $666.

My friend insisted that was a bad sign. Our plane would crash, someone would die, or something horrible would happen.

I bought the stupid tickets, used them in Dec 04, had a great time and never thought twice about it.

She even wished me luck the day before we left. :thumbsup2

I had a car payment that Was $666, DH and I thought it was funny.

I did get a speeding ticket, my first, in that car. Of course I was speeding. :guilty: I shoud of told him that the devil made me do it. :rotfl:

Huh? :confused3 :confused3

Who said that "going out on Friday the 13th" had anything to with partying or being away from your daughter? :confused3 We go out a lot on Friday's for dinner, as a family.

:teeth: oops!!! My husband and I do go out occassionally to dinner with our daughter and his family. Since we've put our daughter on a schedule (she's put to bed at 7 every night)it makes it hard to go out to dinner often. So we usually will go out to lunch on my days off.

:teeth: I see a lot of daredevils have responded. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: I remember reading an article in the news on June 6, 2006 about women in labor trying REALLY hard not to give birth on that day. So I'm not the only one who's superstitous! :teeth:

Wouldn't of stopped me - wouldn't care - I think it would be funny.

Jenny :)
