Would you allow your kids to have sex at EPCOT

Honestly, how many people actually get to have sex while on vacation in WDW, LOL??? I have to admit that we went in March with my 25yo son and his 22 yo girlfriend, and we had a one bedroom. They slept in the living room and we slept in the bedroom. They also live together, so why on earth would I tell them they have to sleep in seperate beds at Disney? Also, we went in May with my 20 yo daughter and her 21 yo boyfriend(who have been dating for four years)had a one bedroom, and they also slept in the living room. Should the girls, meaning me and my daughter, and the boys slept in separate rooms? This really isnt an issue for me. As long as they are practicing safe sex, that is the important thing.

LOL, but not with my blessing and it would not be pretty if they were caught.

dd's bf knows that i shoot first and ask a few questions later, then let the good lord sort em out,,, and dw is a better shot than i am. he's also seen me playing with large knives,,, and knows i have one with in reach almost all the time,,lol

I assume you are referring to a family trip, financed by mom and dad. If so, I would expect separate sleeping arrangements. If I couldn't afford separate sleeping arrangements, then the boyfriend wouldn't be going.

It's an extension of "my house, my rules". Sure, they might be sleeping together while away at college, but that's without my consent. I would not give permission by giving them a room. I also wouldn't want to give the younger children the idea that this is an okay choice.

;) Can't say that I'd blame you.

LOL, you sound like my husband. When he met my DDs first BF, he actually went in the house to find the dirtiest wife beater he could and threw it on, cracked open a Budweiser and went outside to use the chainsaw in the firewood pile (the wood was already cut and stacked, but he didn't care)...I am totally serious. He was really trying to go for "redneck who would consider a few years behind bars a vacation" look. It was amusing, but also a wee bit embarrassing. :lmao:

Sorry- but: ADULTS at college generally aren't going to ask mommy and daddy's permission to have sex!

True, and I considered my DDs dorm room her own space, not an extension of our home. So, it is her choice to make.

I totally agree with that. IMO, paying for college does not mean parents get to dictate sexuality/sexual activity. That is a personal decision, and hopefully people have realized by the time their kids are in college that they have raised them in the best way they know how- it's time to let go and hope for the best.

Now we're married, and they officially know we're doing it. :rotfl:

Your married and doing it? What's your secret?

We're still young and don't have kids.

Actually, we're doing it more to fix that second issue. No luck yet! :rotfl:

But, I'm sure once the kids arrive, we'll be just like everyone else.

Hey! Maybe that's why sex was so much more appealing when I was 18! :teeth: I liked the way I looked naked and I smelled good.

For me, going off to college is the best!!! You get to stick your head in the sand and they can't drag you out!

No way would I put ANY of the kids in a bed with a SO while unmarried. AAAARRRGH! NOOOOOOO!

If they are over 18, they get put in different rooms. If they tiptoe off somewhere else during the night, I won't know. But they'll start out in seperate rooms.

Only I would pay $400/night so that I could pretend the kids aren't doing you-know-what. :lmao:

Becky will be in there saying, "I know you two might be having sex and I'd like to talk about birth control and emotions first!" :goodvibes

I didn't read this whole thread (even though I've laughed a lot at the latest posts). ;)

What if they're adults and living together?
