Would Us be more crowded on weekend in June vs weekday

Trying to rearrange my disney and US trip a little. The way it is ending up is I will be at US 6/18 Friday morning (around 12 noon) and stay thru Sunday night late....Do you think this will be WAY CRAZIER than say Wed 6/11 thru Fri 6/13. We are staying onsite for what that is worth....

Staying onsite is worth quite a bit because with that lines don't matter nearly as much as they do at Disney. Your room key basically gives you a permanent Fastpass good on just about everything in both parks.

As for Wednesday vs Saturday, the Unofficial Guide to WDW makes the case that saturdays are actually less crowded than other days because it's a big travel day for vacationers. So instead of being in the parks they are either getting ready to show up or getting ready to leave. Makes sense. Either way since it is vacation time and most schools are closed it will be crowded. But for you it won't matter much

IF Harry Potter is open by that time...and I think it will be...it won't really matter which day you go on. Mid-week will keep the crowds down at the Studios...hopefully...but IOA will be slammed every day.
