We just changed our February ressie to AKL. We check in on February 12 last day of value season. My sister-in-law and her family really want to stay there but are checking in on February 15 peak season. Could I reserve a room for her even though we are checking out before them? If I book a room for them my inlaws can use it for the first 3 nights until she gets there on the 15th. We'll be checking out on the 18th and my sister-in-law wouldn't be leaving until the 23rd. I would really love to help them get their room cheaper. They already have their flights so checking in on the 12th is out for them. Any ideas?? Hope this wasn't too confusing.

I think you can do this if you put all of the rooms in your name and check-in to both rooms on the 12th. You may need to pre-pay the entire stay of your sis-in-law's room, then just have her pay you for their room. You may also want to check with the resort and see if you need to be there to check out of the room, or if she can just check out on the 23rd.
