We will be staying at AKV next July and were wondering how Boma's is?? We have one finicky 14 year old and all three of my kids have nut allergies too. I know that we have always been okay eating just about any where on property with them but Boma's looks like it has some unique dishes. IS there enough variety on there for a finicky eater. Also, I have heard that the spices used are INTENSE there. Any feedback on that would also be appreciated. Thanks

I've heard nothing but good things regarding Boma. I think everyone would find something that they could eat. I believe they have a kids section with the normal kids things - don't quote me on that, but I wouldn't hesitate to go. It's a large buffet and there will be something for everyone IMHO.

Just confirmed - Boma has chicken tenders and spag for kids on the dinner - for b-fast - pancakes, fruit, etc. - yum!

We had breakfast at boma, there were unique and unusual selections as well as all the regular breakfast fare. I think everyone will find something they like. We really loved it.

we eat dinner at Boma on our arrival night every time to go to Disney World! None of my family finds the spices excessive....different, perhaps but not in a bad way. There is a kid's pod that has a bunch of finicky-eater-friendly foods on it. I think your picky eater would be fine -- you could call the restaurant directly and talk to the chef regarding allergies. We've never had breakfast there.

We love Boma's and go almost every trip. My family loves different experiences and Boma's is great because they have something for everyone. We love trying different foods and you can do that there, but also they have chicken fingers, etc. The desserts are yummy and the atmosphere is wonderful!

ENJOY!!

We loved dinner at Boma and we are definitely a family of diverse tastes. My DS and I eat spicy food and will try almost everything except fish, DH loves his food and especially seafood but HATES hot and spicy dishes or 'foreign' stuff. DD is really picky - will be a perfect for the atkins diet when she is older (currently 6) as only really enjoys fruit and meat!

We all loved Boma, I loved the hoummus and breads, the salads, the meat and especially teh desserts. DS loved the potatoes and meat and stews. DH went for the fish, meats and salads with fries off the kids station and for DD there was a fantastic range of fruit and then chicken tenders and prime rib.

Our only negative was our female server who was quite rude - maybe we were eating too much!!!

Boma breakfast is the best breakfast on site. I have a ton of close up buffet shots in my Aug link.

We love it there so much that it is a must do on all our trips. I cannot wait to try dinner there next month...if we really like it we may give up another place and eat there twice!

We went with another couple and had two adventurous eaters and two picky eaters and everybody was happy. The prime rib was to die for and DH really like the nut crusted salmon.
