Would like to rent points

Hi

We would like to rent points for BWV and WL for Feb 2006. We are planning on spending 2 nights each at these resorts, checking in at WL on Feb 12- check out Feb 14. Then check in at BWV on Feb 14 and check out Feb 16.
These are our resorts of choice but are flexible and would consider other resorts. Also have we left it too late to get a Boardwalk view? BTW this will be our first trip to WDW!

Is this do-able and can anyone help please?
