Would $66/pt for HHI pass ROFR?

GMAC has a listing for 50 HHI points for $3300. I checked the ROFR thread and the only thing I saw for HHI was $72-74/pt. $66/pt seems really low to me - do you think that would have a chance of passing?

Also, if you go through a company like GMAC are you out their admin fee if Disney takes it? In fact with any company - is the buyer out some costs if Disney exercises their right on a contract?

Ooops, got an answer on that second part from GMAC faster than I thought I would. She says no cost to buyer, deposit would be refunded. I assume that would be the same with other brokers.

Still, $66/pt seems low - would be great but ?

not likely - but hey go for it.

sometimes DVC does allow some to do for less than their ROFR price.

that one not long ago at OKW - it was a bargin too. I think it was $70?

I'm not too sure I'm interested - just trying to figure out what a good price for HHI is. GMAC has such high closing costs and that admin fee - a cheap contract would make them a little more competitive though.

I didn't think I'd seen anything in the 60's (except maybe Vero?) pass for a long time but until now I didn't frequent the DVC boards a lot.

i actually don't understand why someone would list their points for and amount too low - if they think they are helping a friend out they aren't - Disney in-acts their ROFR and gives the seller what they asked for and the buyer is still out and has to keep looking.

No, it wouldn't be because only GMAC charges the "administrative fee"

You could offer more per point and have seller pay closing; Makes it look better for ROFR.
