I assume you are referring to the Hard Rock All Access Card?

If so, I would have to say not really. As long as you don't hit the Hard Rock Cafe during prime eating times you should be alright in concerns with wait times. I had the card when it first started and other than the free Hard Rock Bucks that were given to me towards food or merchandise I found no great use for it. It does rock to just flash it during peak times and be seated promptly. OTOH I do believe that your Universal resort card gives you the same priority seating ability. (that is if your staying on-site)

I also recieved my HR All Access card free so I definitely would not be paying for the card now($24.95). I'm sure there are other incentives that should/would motivate you but I haven't a clue as to what they are. Unless your a big fan of Hard Rock Cafe's and spend lots of money there, skip it.
