Yeah I called member services who basically told me since I checked in it's out of their hands. The member services person I spoke to was very nice and she agreed for the number of points we're paying and as a
DVC member herself this is not okay and she herself said that this number of points could get you 2 nights at a resort. But essentially she told me to go back and ask for a supervisor. So I went back and did just that. No other villas available at Grand Flo or Bay Lake. They offered me the standard studio rate in the tower which was a difference of 9 points or 300 dollars. I would've taken a TPV at BLT but they sadly did not have that so I settled for the 300 dollars. If they send me a survey, I will definitely be voicing my frustration. Under no circumstances should anybody paying for a TPV room at the Poly tower be put into the 1st floor in an accessible room without a view of said theme park.
