What would you say were the worst meals you had in the Magic Kingdom?

A tie between...

Liberty Tree Tavern - tan, bland Stouffer's food I could buy in the freezer section of the supermarket and prepare better.

Tony's - school cafeteria quality pasta topped with tasteless tomato paste-type substance.

Tony's was the worst, so yucky. :earboy2: We were on the gold plan and we all could get an appetizer, entree, and dessert (even the kids). Everything we got was pretty bad. The appetizers were the worst. My kids wouldn't eat them and DH, who eats anything, didn't eat them. Then, the server messed up the number of meal credits we used. You got three a day on the old gold plan that you could use at any restuarant, except Victoria and Albert. She charged us a credit for our DD who was 2 and not on the plan (she knew this), so 5 instead of 4 credits were used. We noticed this right away, but neither she nor the manager could fix it. :confused3 We had the CM at the Beach club desk fix it later. (It took him like 10 seconds).

We will never eat there again! :)

Because the reviews of the Dolewhip were generally favorable, I tried one last trip. Ugh. :sad2: slight pineapple flavor and very disappointing. Won't be doing that again. :earsgirl: :earsboy: :earsboy: :earsgirl:

No Mouse-n-Mini you are not the only one. DH and I like it so that makes 3!

While the theming at Tony's was very cute and our server was very good - the food was just....eh. The bread was pretty good and the salad was okay, but the eggplant/pasta dish was icky. The other pasta was just okay. This is easily my least fave at MK. :sad2:

Our worst meals @ MK:

TS: Tony's - not a disaster, but just blah

CS: Pecos Bill's - a true disaster. Took forever to get our food, the place was a mess, and our burgers were burned and dry...YUCK!!! There weren't enough toppings on that topping bar to hide the taste!

The theming is very nice, but my vote goes to Tony's too.

Tony's for us as well. The food wasn't bad just not very good.

It was the worst pad thai I've ever had and I've tried many Thai places' pad thai and to make it worst I ended up being sick in the bathroom all night vomiting. It was the least memorable experience of my last trip.

I agree, the theming is lovely but the FOOD leaves a lot to be desired.

We vote for Sci-Fi. I'm convinced they keep it dark in there, not so you can see the movies, but so you can't see the terrible food they feed you!

PS Is LTT really that bad? We were planning on trying it this December trip..should I have second thoughts?

we have learned to skip Mk for real meals and stick with a hot dog at Caseys or go to trails end "buffeteria" at fort wilderness or whispering canyon at fw lodge ..quick boat trip worth it for edible food...worst meal... CRT when it was king stephan's( think that was the name) but it dosn't look like the food has improved a whole lot even though the prices have risen
