I didn't know where to post this question, but thought this might be the best place.
At home I am used to going to the gym 5-6 days per week, with a mix of weight training and cardio (usually 20+ miles per visit on a recumbent bike). On my WDW trips I tend to cut back on cardio, figuring I'll get it while touring the parks, and continue on with my weight training as normal.
I'm wondering how some of you adjust what you do for your cardio while at WDW. Do you cut back on running, biking, etc. or do you continue at the same levels that you normally would at home?
