Hi Everyone,
I stayed on track with my points yesterday although not without temptation. At the last minute my kids were invited to the neighbors for dinner (a bday celebration for their dog). I went with them and was met with all types of food choices, hot dogs, hamburgers, pasta salad, chips. I declined any food because I just wasn't sure how to estimate the points values for things without the nutrition label and my measuring cups and scale. I waited until I got home to eat what I had planned for dinner. Well, in all honesty I did have 4 sun chips (yes I kept count) and 2 small but delicious spoons of cake. My daughters didn't clean their plates and I can't stand to waste food, so I did sample it. How do others handle eating when not at home? I guess it will be easier once I've done it for a while and understand what a 3 oz burger looks like.

I'm new to running, and I'm really enjoying myself so far.

Jennifer - I just had post a comment about your acquaintance.
I think she's very insecure and jealous of you. I'll bet she feels like you've got something over her and she can't stand it. If you should see her again, just be sweet as honey....it'll drive her crazy.

Her poor DH
and (b) I should be tapering for the Minnie.
