Like Dave states don't let the scale rule your life. Muscle weights more than fat so you can have no weight loss but your clothes fit better. Weight loss is like marathon training, you will have good weeks and bad weeks but just keep plugging along and you will reach your goal.
I have been on a slow weight loss program for the last 3 months since coming back from Goofy #2. I tried to reduce my caloric intake to lose a 1/2 a pound a week and have lost 15 pounds so far. Down to 156. I hope to lose another 1 1/2 pounds before Minnie. I cut an average of about 250 calories a day for the last 3 months to lose this weight. I have cut my snacks out and reduce portion sizes. After 3 months, I get fuller eating less. I drink lots of water everyday(about a gal to 1 1/2 gal). This helps keep me full
