Google crossfit. I have been to one a couple of times and liked it. They dont have all of the usual "gym equipment". It's weights, medicine balls, pull up bars, and simple stuff. They also ran the bootcamp that I did (and will do again). But if you are happy with what you are doing and getting the results you want why change?
(BTW, just googled starting strength and see that it is very similar to crossfit)
