Work going on at the Boardwalk?

We are planning to add a few nights at the Boardwalk Inn on to the end of our Wilderness Lodge stay in December. I thought I remembered reading somewhere that there was some kind of work or refurbishment going on there.

If so, will it still be going on in December?

What is it and how bad is it? Should we pick someplace else?

In August there was only scaffolding on the outside of the rooms over the Big Brewing Grill restaurant.

What is going on in a rolling basis is the repair and repainting of the outside walls and porches on the BWV side. The Inn side is all done. On the BWV side, work is currently on units at end of resort over tennis courts (likely still going on in December), about half of the ones around the main pool (possibly done by December), and those in an area over looking the lake and facing Swan/Dolphin (likely still going on in December). There are still some areas (front of building) that have not even been started yet. If staying on the Inn side, you are not likely to notice much in December unless you actually go to areas on BWV side to see it.
