I kind of made myself hungry too!If they call me, I will go in and tell them how it's done!!
And I had planned on walking past the BBQ tomorrow to check it out and see it for myself , and see if I could catch a glimpse of Woody and Jesse (I haven't been there since they opened it this year)....but my plans got cancelled, so I will have to wait until Halloweentime and see what they have done with it by then and if they have managed to work in Woody's Halloween Round-Up to the layout!!
Yes, this little hole in the wall place called The Pig near here used to do big business, and critics and customers alike loved it. I think it relocated somewhere else. They had a lot of stuff on the menu - big, sloppy sandwiches, whole chickens, meals with a couple of pieces of chicken and some sides, combo platters with chicken and ribs, all sorts of side dishes, a few solid dessert options, pulled pork, all kinds of things. That typical menu formula can work for a BBQ restaurant at DLR too - they just have to invest the time and money into making it that way. What they have now is so limited.
Oh, you're not going to be able to go tomorrow? That's too bad. Hope you have a great b-day anyway!

My sister-in-law lives in LA and I think I heard her mention something about The Pig but we went to Oinkers instead. I think that was what it was called. It was good.
ohhh sounds promisin ...
shame we only have another 2years and 3month to wait![]()
Well, maybe by that time they'll have the details worked out!
