I checked my blood pressure yesterday and it's down lower than it's been in months! Yay Atkins!! :cool1:

I've been sticking around 30 carbs per day - eating mostly veggies, cheese, eggs, meat, and a little fruit and nuts! Just staying away from sugar, processed flours, and high-sugar fruits (like bananas and pineapple).

I feel healthier, sleep better, and have more energy than I have in a long time! :banana:

How awesome to see progress that is so measurable. A lot of people watch what they eat and exercise and still have to rely on medications to accomplish what you have.
