Wonder's EBPC 9/12/14 Who's Going With Us!

My DD will be 11 at the time of the cruise, she is very social and friendly. During the last couple of cruises she have become e-mail pal with some other girls her age and later met up with them on board. I'm sure they will not be the only girls in that age group onboard.
That is a perfect idea. Even though there we tons of kids on the last cruise, all the girls were a few year older or younger.

so do you think there's any chance of a change in itinerary between now and the cruise....like maybe adding Castaway Cay????

I would love to see a more recent "Navigator" for the cruise than the old ones I've seen from nearly 10 years ago.

Soooo psyched for this cruise!!! Anyone leaving from Orlando prior to the cruise?:dance3:

I seriously doubt that they add CC. We could hope for a tropical storm in the western Caribbean which would cause us to stay on the eastern side and the. CC may be an option. But with my luck it'd be Nassau which I hate worse than Cozumel. But really I'm secretly glad about Cozumel. I'm thinking my wife and I can take an excursion the Xcaret. We honeymooned in Cancun and visited Xcaret at that time. It'd be fun to return.

And a very HAPPY SATURDAY to one and all. Got the next 4 days off again this week!!! (Well, to be totally honest with ya'll I have 4 days off every week!!!):cool1::cool1::yay::yay::yay: Not rubbing in or anything!!!

I agree with Steve on this one. I doubt Disney will add CC to our itinerary. It would be nice if they would, but doubtful. I am looking forward to seeing some of Mexico. I have never been there. Now, DW has been there a few different times, on work related business. So it is no big deal to her. Steve what is Xcaret? I have never heard of this.:confused3

Well, I have to go outside and do the ol' yard work - AGAIN!!! That next door neighbor of mine keeps mowing his grass, so I have to mow mine. If I don't he will probably call the law on me!!!!:lmao::rotfl::rotfl2:

Xcaret kind of a mini theme park near Cancun. More like a water park. There are some Mayan ruins there but I think they may have constructed those. Wonder lazy river that you really need snorkel gear for because some of it is underwater. They were still building it 18 years ago when I was there with my wife.

jjje thanks for posting the newer Navigator...certainly has changed alot since our last cruise!

:thumbsup2 I am a Navigator junkie.

There's a blizzard hitting my house right now and the wind is rattling the windows. I wish this cruise was starting right now so that I could get the heck out of Dodge.

Like Shelljay, I too want to thank you jjje for posting the link to the last navigators for the Panama Canal crossing. DW and I looked at it for sometime yesterday, and noticed we have 2 formal nights and 1 semi-formal. It was fun to check out the navigators and see the acts that were on that cruise. I have heard allot of people on here menton buckets and boards and what a good act they are.

Sorry to hear about your weather there jjje.:sad2: I would mention to you what it is like here.................................................but I don't want to upset you any more.

jjje...what part of MN are you from? I have relatives near Mankato. My father grew up there until he was 18 and joined the Navy during WWII, still have an aunt and cousins etc there.

Morning Everyone!!! Is Everybody Happy!!!!:cool1: This is Tuesday today. Sun shining:sunny::cool2: - right now anyways - close to 70 degrees - right now - with a high in the low 80's expected, chance of rain today, hope we get some, really need the rain.

Got a question for everyone. DW and I were talking last night. The discussion came around to the menu on board the ship for a 14 night cruise. Does anyone know if the menu will be different for the second week of our cruise? We were just wondering. Hope all has a GREAT day today!!!!:woohoo:

Going through the personal navigators, they look like the staples are stretched out over the two weeks. The menus that you can see all look different.

Thanks Ksquires. Well, DUH, on my part. I just went back and clicked on the link for the navigators on the last EBPC cruise that jjje posted on the previous page, and checked out the menus for the 14 days. Don't know why I didn't think of that???!?:confused3 (Must have been a senior moment on my part!!)

I'm more from the middle of nowhere part of MN. My husband has family in Mankato though. I swear that it's a requirement of living in MN to have a relative in Mankato. :)

I would be happy to send some snow your way. While you're at it you can take our -10 wind chill.

Haha just blame it on the semi-retired part.

While your offer is so very tempting jjje, I'm afraid I will have to pass on your ever so much generous offer. We moved down here oh so many years ago to get away from all of that snow and cold temps. Again, thank you for the offer though...................uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.........it was awful nice of you!!!:thumbsup2
