I voted yes unless there is a no open toe policy. My best friend works in a hospital(social work) and she is not allowed open toed shoes.

Never heard of dress codes banning open toed shoes.

Are there rules against toe cleavage?:cool1:

Usually it's a safety thing. I worked for a bank a while back and they banned them after some one dropped a bag of pennies on her foot breaking her big toe.
My company has a no open toe shoes policy for everyone.

those pumps are tame.

Of course. Boy, was I expecting something totally different!

Me too!
The shoes here, perfectly fine! I would imagine the only issue someone might have is that it isn't closed toe but looks perfectly fine to me.

I voted yes, but that's assuming that there is not a policy in place that speaks otherwise (no pumps, or no open toes) Usually if a compay has a policy in place its either a saftey one or a logistics one, but my philiphosy, is I dont' have to understand the rules, I just have to KNOW them & then I can deceide if it's worth it to me to follow them or work elsewhere. :goodvibes
