Would love to hear people's comments on staying at VWL. The 2-bdrm mock-up at the DVC presentation was sweet. What does everybody think? I'm staying 7 nights in December. :D

VWL is aewsome! We own there and can't wait to stay there for the first time. We were there this past weekend and walked around it. It is amazing how peaceful it is. Have fun!

We took the walk-thru while we were staying at the Lodge a couple of weeks ago. I'm glad we were staying there because I know now what a lovely setting it is. We are trying to put our $$ together for a purchase there ourselves because we truly fell in love with it. If only we had looked into the Vacation Club when we first started going to DW. (sigh)

We also own there, but have not stayed in the Villas yet. We did our tour at the Villas though. We just walked up w/o an appointment and asked. They said sure, and had someone show us the setup. That place is great! We have a 1 bedroom reserved for November and a 2 bedroom for next January. :D

We joined there in Dec. and saw the Villas. They were beautiful. Even our 17 year old daughter loved them and wanted to move in that day. We can hardly wait until we get to stay there ourselves. I can imagine going there and never going to any parks(but I know I will).

We had a great stay at the VWLs. It is a classy companion to the other DVC properties and the location gives you the feeling of being removed from alot of the Disney hustle and bustle, which has always been a trademark of the WL in the past. The bed that we slept in was the single most comfortable bed that I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping in away from home. Our little ones refer to it as the nice place we stayed. It is a sweet resort. Hope to visit again in late October...to us it is worth the extra points that it costs to stay there.

We stayed there last month. It's great. For comparison, I would say it's halfway between OKW and BWV. Not quite the 'country' setting of OKW, but definitely not the 'city' setting of BWV's. It seemed to be about in the middle, the country feel of the outdoors, (like OKW) yet the city feel of the resort itself, like (BWV).

Does anyone have the floor plan for the VWL (2BR)? We're trying to get ressies there or BWV for Oct. I have the one for BWV. If anyone has one, could you email me one? If not, how does it compare with the 2BR at BWV?

Thanks!

They are the same units as BWV. Same size and layout. Only diference is decorations and color.

They are substantially smaller than OKW units.
